The news comes via Twitter, when a number of Haikyuu fans expressed their dissatisfaction with the slow pace of the show. Haikyuu Season 4 ended on a massive cliffhanger, leaving fans confused and hungry for more clarity as soon as possible! That’s why they’ve been vehemently asking the studios to give them updates on Haikyuu Season 5.

Season 4 started off on a rocky pace with fans taking some time to get used to Production I.G.’s relatively peculiar animation style. After all, it ended with praise being heaped on it left and right. The manga has officially come to an end and many anime-only fans are getting more and more impatient to watch the new season on TV.

Production I.G. hasn’t cared to give fans the update or replies fans wish for. The new season might be renewed and announced at the Jump Fest 2021. There are high chances for this happening since even the fourth season was announced like that.
