Solo Leveling manga is at its peak. With its amazing sense of character development and eye-catching illustrations, Solo Leveling Manwha is the worthiest of all to receive an anime adaptation. Today, we will discuss everything there is to know about Solo Leveling Anime Adaptation and Solo Leveling Anime Release Date and Latest Updates!
Solo leveling Anime Adaptation Release Date
Solo Leveling has always been at the top in the fan’s favorite list of Manwhas. The series is able to depict supernatural abilities in the most soothing way possible. The entire plot and supporting character roles are beautifully done. It has such captivating scenes that the readers end up with goosebumps during every single chapter.
Coming back to the release date, as of now there is no official confirmation made by the manhwa authors about the Solo Leveling anime adaptation. Most fans have predicted the Solo Leveling Anime to release in 2021. This prediction mostly doesn’t stand a chance of happening in reality due to insufficient information and not to mention the ongoing global pandemic. Every production will always hint at the start of a project well in advance before even releasing any key visual or major announcement. Most of us have high hopes for studios like UFOTABLE and MADHOUSE studios to take over the Solo Leveling Anime Adaptation.
Is Netflix going to Produce the Solo Leveling Anime?
Netflix always seizes any chance it gets to make money. Considering the major fan base Solo Leveling has accumulated over the years, Netflix will probably take over the Solo Leveling Anime Adaptation. Netflix clearly doesn’t have a problem with staff nor funding. The only problem is that they shouldn’t disappoint the fans with a poor illustration. Besides Solo Leveling has one of the best art in Manwha and also contains scenes that deserve justice in its anime form.
A normal original anime wouldn’t face this problem as people will get introduced to the series only through the anime. Whereas the Solo Leveling anime watchers would have mostly read the Manwha already and have high expectations for the illiustrations.
Why Isn’t the Solo Leveling Anime out yet?
When a manga/manwha doesn’t get an anime adaptation there are many underlying factors that cannot be perceived by a normal weeb. Solo Leveling anime must have also faced these problems. The creator of the Manwha and the producers must take a decision to choose an animation studio to take on the project. In a few cases, most studios decline due to insufficient staff, less profit, more work hours, tight deadlines, etc.
A proper example would be Attack on Titan The Final Season. Wit Studios gave up due to not being able to complete the episodes under the deadlines. They were understaffed and couldn’t afford to take on another season. The AoT team approached many studios but all of them declined. Only Studio MAPPA was up for the task and was willing to accept such a great responsibility. Currently, MAPPA is receiving a huge amount of hate for butchering the illustration art of Wit studios, but we must also acknowledge the fact that if it wasn’t for them we wouldn’t have gotten a final season.
Solo Leveling Anime Plot – Season 1
Solo Leveling Anime will mostly release in 2021 summer. A current possibility is to assume that there will be 24 episodes in total for the first season. This season will contain the covering of 2 important arcs. The first arc might be about how sung jin woo a weak boy also known as the lowest E-ranking hunter surviving his daily battles against the monsters coming out from the gates. And how he gets caught up at the double dungeon and gets his powers. The struggle and gain will be portrayed throughout the first 12 episodes.
The next 12-episodes of the Solo Leveling Anime will mostly be about the ant arc. It is somewhat related to the plot of Hunter x Hunter where there is a queen ant that bears a king and all S-class heroes except our main protagonist will be going to fight the ant nest and most of the S-class heroes die. Meanwhile, he gains many titles doing each task like the wolf hunter and also gains a separate unique power such as the shadow monarch.
The second half of the anime will end with our protagonist saving the day and getting acknowledged as the real king. His powers grow overtime and he becomes the most idealistic hunter of the hunter guild.

In my opinion, solo leveling has a good plot and can change the whole tide when it is released. If studios like Ufotable or Madhouse are taking over the Solo Leveling Anime then this will be the best new anime of the decade. Furthermore, many think that solo leveling might be released by webtoons or by Crunchyroll as they have been releasing many manhwa anime adaptations such as Nobelesse and God of High school. But, still, there is no official statement given by the solo leveling author or from any of the studios. The best we can do is wait and hope for the best.
