Special Demon Slayer Event Announced. Will The Anime Get Season 2 Soon?
Demon Slayer has conquered the hearts of many anime and manga fans since its release. From the awesome action sequences to the comic trio of Tanjiro, Inosuke, and Zenitsu, nothing fails to reach its mark.
Although the manga ended in May this year, the series is still as popular as ever. Fans are eagerly waiting for the second season of the anime. The smash-hit Mugen Train movie of the series raised the anticipation of fans even more.
A special program is being held to talk about the Demon Slayer anime and upcoming events regarding the series.
“Demon Slayer Corps Report: Demon Slayer Anime New Event Announcement Special” was held on 31st October and premiered on AbemaTV.
Natsuki Hanae, the voice actor behind our protagonist Tanjiro will be present at the event. He will also be accompanied by Yuma Takahashi (Aniplex producer). They will also talk about another upcoming event.
It is still too soon to speculate about what the contents of the event might be. However, fans are eagerly hoping that an announcement for the anime’s season 2 is made.
Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Season 2: Release Date, Delay & Updates
Season 1 of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba anime premiered from April-September 2019. It was then followed by the Mugen Train movie, which was released on 16th October 2020.
The sequel movie was a hit at the theatres and has broken several records already. It has surpassed some of the records which were created by Spirited Away, the legendary studio Ghibli film.

Demon Slayer has already become a famous series, and the movie sales must have given it a boost in the production budget for season 2. It is possible that the next event might provide answers for the anime fans.
