The recent episodes have been focussing more on events that are completed within the same episode. Spy x Family Episode 20 will also be another light-hearted episode including the Forgers.
Anya’s school mostly features interaction between Anya, Becky, Damian, and his two friends. The inclusion of George in this episode added to the humor element of the story.
The series of misunderstandings and the children gathering to do something good for a single student was fun to see. The episode was really fulfilling to the viewers.
Next, Yor’s impressive moves totally blew off the viewers. Loid’s suppressed fear of getting exposed and Yor’s concern for Anya was another funny misunderstanding.
The Forgers also had a good bonding in the scene. Yor trying to become a good mother for Anya and Loid caring for Yor as his wife shows the care and concern they share for each other.
Recently, Spy x Family anime has been dividing the episode into two parts by combining them through events or just showing them as separate ones. Although parts may be short, the episodes are properly given enough screen time.

Spy x Family Episode 20 is titled “Investigate the General Hospital” and “Decipher the Perplexing Code”. The episode will be released on Saturday, November 19, 2022.

Spy x Family Episode 19 Recap
George overhears his father, the CEO of Glooman Pharmaceutical, and his assistant discussing the closing down of the company in less than a month due to the Desmond family. He doesn’t know how to explain the situation to his son.
The next day at school, Damian flexed his sweeping skills while some praised him for acquiring Stella star. Becky teased Anya about her catching feeling for Damian but Anya was busy using her skills to read George’s mind.
Anya found out that George was planning on suspending Damian. She also comes to know that it was George who wanted Damian to get expelled by hiring Daybreak to sabotage Damian’s exam and he fought with Loid the other day.
George uses a cigarette butt to cause commotion and blames Damian, and then he falls down and blames Damian. By this point, Anya came to cover for Damian and George talks about his family’s financial issue which happened due to Desmonds.
Damian felt guilty and bought him expensive food and drinks, lent him his Stella star and everyone sang a song before he left. Damian gave him expensive stationery and everyone else gifted him expensive parting gifts too.
Returning home, Anya tells her parents about the events at school and Loid explains that Desmonds took over the company to help with the financial crisis.
The next day, Anya overslept and was late for school. Yor discovers that Anya has left her P.E uniform at home. Recalling Loid’s words that a single mistake could lead to Anya getting expelled, she used her amazing skills to enter school.
Loid was following her the whole time because he feared that she came to know his secret. However, after reaching school and meeting her, Anya tells Yor that she doesn’t have P.E so she doesn’t need the uniform.
While returning home, Yor becomes heartbroken that she isn’t a good mother and Loid meets up with her an excuse. Both have lunch in a restaurant when Loid tries to cheer her up.
Spy x Family Episode 20 Spoilers
The spy x Family Ep 20 preview is out and the Forgers are again in action. They need to decipher a code this time to save people.
Anya needs to write a report on a profession of her choosing. For this project, she comes to Yor but later shifts to Loid who is hold the position of psychiatrist in the General Hospital. Anya joins him during his work shift for the day.
A new character, Fiona Frost aka Nightfall is introduced in the second half. She is Twilight’s colleague who is also trained under him. Fiona also admires Loid a bit too much.
This is the first time she comes face-to-face with Loid’s family. What will her reaction be to the Forgers?
