Season 2 Episode 8 Summary
Rimuru’s companions suffered collateral damage in his absence. However, he manages to heal Gobuta and Hakurou. He soon realizes that Shion is nowhere to be seen and Benimaru remains silent. It is revealed that Shion died trying to protect a child when the army of Falmuth started attacking.
Rimuru’s attempts to revive her failed. Meanwhile, Ellen joins him and tells that there is still a way to revive her although the chances are very slim since it’s a fairy tale.
Mjurran reveals everything she knows about Lord Clayman and his motive behind the attack, although Clayman only reveals his true intention to a select few. The episode ends as Rimuru joins a meeting with everyone to discuss how they will deal with the humans of Falmuth.
