The Outpost On The CW To Change Schedule
The Outpost on The CW is changing its schedule in the third season. From this month, the fantasy adventure series will not air its episodes on Thursday at 9 pm. Instead, its seventh episode will air on Sunday, November 22nd, at 9 pm, and the rest will follow this time slot. The change in schedule is most likely to boost the ratings of Pandora, another CW show that airs on Sunday at 8 pm.
The Outpost premiered on The CW on July 10th 2018 and was received with an encouraging response. The drama series was renewed for a third season last year and even before its premiere, the network had ordered another thirteen episodes.
The series follows Talon, a member of the Blackbloods and the lone survivor of her race. Her village was wiped out by a gang of ruthless mercenaries and she vows to track down the killers of her family. On her way, she discovers that she possesses supernatural powers that she has to learn to harness.
The CW released an official synopsis of the seventh episode, which will be called ‘Go Ahead and Run’- “Yavalla (Jaye Griffiths), Gwynn (Imogen Waterhouse) and Tobin (Aaron Fontaine) overtake the Capital with Talon (Jessica Green), Garret (Jake Stormoen) and Zed (Reece Ritchie) hot on their heels. Meanwhile, the Outpost becomes a new home for a Prime Order brute. Anand Desai-Barochia, Izuka Hoyle and Adam Johnson also star. The episode was written by Jason Faller & Kynan Griffin and directed by Jonathan English (#3A07).”
Jessica Green, Jake Stormoen, Imogen Waterhouse, Anand Desai-Barochia, Aaron Fontaine, Adam Johnson, Izuka Hoyle, and Jaye Griffiths star in The Outpost.
