“The Quintessential Quintuplets” Anime Returns This Summer!
At first sight, Negi Haruba’s ‘The Quintessential Quintuplets’ appears to be just another harem anime, but as you continue watching, you’ll find that it’s actually quite sweet and inspiring.
It’s not about a guy choosing the best of five sisters; rather, it’s about six people finding their own unique paths to independence. Visually, it’s gorgeous, especially now that the first season is winding down. It’s easy to see why this visually stunning anime caught on with audiences.
The anime ended after only 2 seasons, but its story was continued in a movie that came out in May of 2022. We all believed this amazing anime was coming to an end, but boy were we mistaken. Those of you who have been following the anime series ‘The Quintessential Quintuplets’ have been missing out.
On Friday, it was announced on ‘The Quintessential Quintuplets’ official website that the new anime will make its television debut this summer and run in Japanese theaters for three weeks starting on July 14.
Fans will be even more interested in the next special because it will adapt new material not seen in the current television anime season or the franchise’s feature film.
The quintuplets’ opening theme song “Gotbun no Mirai” (Five Equal Futures) will be performed by Kana Hanazawa, Ayana Taketatsu, Miku It, Ayane Sakura, and Inori Minase, and their ending theme song “Takaramono” (Treasure) will be performed by the same five girls.
Okay, I think we’re done here. Because I am such a huge fan of the show, hearing that ‘The Quintessential Quintuplets’ is coming back with a brand new episode is really wonderful news indeed. Keep checking back as we will be updating the pieces when new details about the series become available. Adios.
