The Quintessential Quintuplets Season 3: When is it coming out?

The Quintessential Quintuplets had its second season recently came to an end, and fans are anxious to know about the next season. Adapted from the manga series of the same name authored by Negi Haruba, the anime is expanding its popularity among the viewers.

When can we expect Season 3 to air?

The first season of the anime premiered on January 10, 2019 followed by the second season on January 8, 2021. It came to an end on March 26, 2021, after giving 12 impressive episodes. 

Without any delay, on the same day of the season 2 finale, the creators have announced that the show will be renewed for a third season. However, no further details were revealed yet, like the medium or format.

But considering the show’s popularity, the TV anime format is largely expected. And since no exact release date was confirmed, we are only left to speculate at this point. There’s a high chance of season 3 hitting our screens in 2022. 

What will happen in Season 3?

The series follows the life of a high school student, Futaro Uesugi who is hired as a private tutor for identical quintuplet Nakano sisters: Ichika, Nino, Miku, Yotsuba and Itsuki. As the series progresses, all five of them fall in love with him.

In the beginning, it is revealed that Futaro will marry one of them. But the identity of the bride remains hidden from the viewers. In the upcoming season, we might see more revelation regarding the identity of the mytsterious girl from Kyoto. 

The contention between the sisters for Futaro’s attention and love might heighten, though their affection for each other remains. It is also expected that the source materials for Season 3 will be adapted from Volume 11 of the manga onwards.
