There has been no news of any delay till now. Nanatsu no Taizai: Fundo no Shinpan Episode 8 is scheduled to officially air in Japan on Wednesday, March 3rd, 2021 at 5:55 AM JST.

In the United States, The Seven Deadly Sins: Dragon’s Judgement which is the final season will premiere the eighth episode by 2:55 AM PST/5:55 AM EST on March 3rd, 2021.
The episode will be available for streaming in European countries at 12:25 PM CET on the same date.

Summary of Season 4 Episode 7:
The transformation of himself into the demon Estarossa completely enraged Mael as he fused himself with Four Commandments and expressed his rage. With a fighting class of over 200,000 chances of winning seemed slim but King finally unlocked his new form while saving Diane and Elizabeth.
King easily overpowers Mael with one new skill after the other but decides not to kill him since revenge ends up bringing more hatred. However, before Mael’s body is destroyed, Gowther enters his mind to make amends.
Gowther reveals how Mael’s cruel decision to kill innocent demons including Glariza, the lover of Gowther compelled him to transform him into Estarossa. Realizing his mistakes, Mael expels the Commandments he absorbed and returns to his original form!
