The Yakuza’s Guide to Babysitting: New TV Anime Announced
The Yakuza’s Guide to Babysitting will be receiving an all-new TV anime adaptation.
The Yakuza’s Guide to Babysitting is such a great manga series. Despite its simple plot and light-hearted nature, the manga has some fantastic character design and development.
The story follows Kirishima, an extremely violent Yakuza member whose days are beating others up for his gang. One day, however, and winds up punished by the Yakuza leader.
To teach him responsibility, the Yakuza leader puts Kirishima in charge of babysitting his daughter.
This comical situation leads to some of the best interactions in the story, and if the anime is anything like the manga, it will be a great watch.
On the 8 of September, Mirco Magazine’s Comic Elmo revealed that The Yakuza’s Guide to Babysitting would be getting a television anime adaptation.
Fans are incredibly excited about this development and can’t wait to see how well this anime would turn out. In my opinion, I feel like this anime would be pretty similar to Gokushufudou that has a similar concept.
I truly enjoyed Gokushufudou, and if The Yakuza’s Guide to Babysitting’s anime will be anything like that, I would love to give it a watch.
Sadly, not a lot of information regarding the anime has been released yet, so as far as we know, the anime should probably release in the coming year.
About The Yakuza’s Guide to Babysitting
The Yakuza’s Guide to Babysitting is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Tsukiya. It began publishing on the Comic Ride pixiv website back in June 2018.
The story follows Kirishima, the right-hand man of a yakuza crime family specializing in beating people up. One day after Kirishima beats another person half to death, the boss of the Yakuza tells him that he needs to learn some responsibility instead of going crazy all the time.
The yakuza boss decides that Kirishima must now babysit his daughter, and if he doesn’t do his job correctly, Kirishima will be killed.
This is how a man with a once gruesome life is stuck with things like taking a little girl to school and tying her hair.
