With three protagonists, the anime will present thrice the amount of excitement when it debuts in 2022. The same string of fate connects all the protagonists, but can they discover what it leads to?
Tokyo 24-ku will be released on January 5, 2022. It will premiere a one-hour special first episode. The new visual gives us a glimpse into the main characters of the anime.

New trailers for the protagonists have also been revealed.

Shota, Koki, and Ran’s uneventful lives will be interrupted when suddenly a common friend who has been long dead will rise from their grave (not literally).
Each will make their own decision. Who will take the correct path? As more bizarre facts keep getting revealed about this childhood friend, can they figure out what the clues lead to?
About Tokyo 24-ku
Tokyo 24-ku is an upcoming original anime by CloverWorks which is scheduled to air in January 2022.
The anime takes place on an artificial island floating in Tokyo Bay, named “Kyokutō Hōreigai Tokubetsu Chiku” (Far East Special District Outside of the Law), nicknamed “24th Ward.” The manga centers on three childhood friends born and raised on the island: Ran, Koki, and Shuta.. But their relationships will change dramatically after a certain incident.
At a memorial ceremony one year after the incident, the three happen to meet again. They receive a phone call from a dead friend urging them to choose their futures.
