On the other hand, although Takemichi tried his best to save everyone he is not stopping before he brings his former captain back to his senses.

The Band Of Brothers:
Takemichi finally got out of hospital after a break of one month and his resolve has only gotten stronger in the meantime. He is ready to face his biggest foe ever but this time he is facing the one he admires most.
Takemichi has started by recruiting his most trusted and beloved friend, Chifuyu. He was the first one to know about Takemichi’s secret of time-leaping and kept it a secret for that long time.
Chifuyu was the right-hand man of Baji but after he died he swore his loyalty to Takemichi and has been following him since then.
He can be ignorant sometimes but he is also a powerhouse when it comes to fighting. Chifuyu was part of the fighting unit in the original gang of Tokyo Manji gang and has been on the front lines since then.
Chifuyu has already suggested a name for the new gang, “Thousand Winters” but there is a huge chance that we might see it change in the future, most probably in Tokyo Revengers Chapter 237.
Captains Of This New Gang:
Now that Chifuyu has joined we can be sure that he will be acting as the vice-captain of this new gang and Takemichi will lead it under his control.
But as much we have seen now, most of the gangs follow a specific pattern of captains, vanguards, and leaders so we still have to wait for a week to see the other leading faces of this gang.
As for now, the other available members are the legends from the 1st generation of Black dragon and Akashi Takeomi but they will need a lot more than that.

- Chifuyu then saw Inupi smiling and announce that he is now also a member of his new gang.
- Inupi observe the t-Shirt and then throws it away telling that no delinquent will wear such a gang uniform
