The upcoming Tokyo Revengers Episode 17 will bring us back to the present where we will get to know how Takemichi handles the situation in front of him.
Baji took all of us down on a trip to a memory lane and showed us a glimpse of their strong bond and the misfortune that they had suffered. The birthday that was supposed to be the best turned out to be the worst.

Mikey’s older brother Shinichiro Sano was the leader of the 1st generation of the Black Dragon Gang. His death was a devastating loss for Mikey as well as for the black Dragons.
Mikey formed the Tokyo Manji Gang after taking permission from his older brother and Shinichiro did all he could to assist his younger brother.
The war with the Valhalla gang has been set and there is no denying its arrival. After the story told by Baji, the fans all over the globe are now getting second thoughts about his personality and his decision on leaving the Tokyo Manji Gang.
Baji and Mikey were neighbors and very old friends too. Mikey wanted Baji back in his gang but as the leader of a gang, he was not in the position to do so. He imposed the task upon Takemichi to bring Baji back to the gang but how things stand that task looks very difficult for him.
Tokyo Revengers has been an outstanding anime this summer and the twist in the plot never fails to disappoint the fans. Baji and Kazutora are now in Valhalla and Takemichi are still nowhere in bringing Baji back to the Tokyo Manji Gang.
Kisaki Tetta is still a captain in the Manji Gang and as things stand, Takemichi is still nowhere close to defeating Kisaki.
Tokyo Revengers Episode 17 Release Date and Time:
The sudden trip to the past has left fans with lots of questions popping in their heads. The upcoming war which was has suddenly become a lot more complicated and there are still a lot of things that need to add up.
The reason for Baji joining the gang is still not clear but after his story, his presence there as a spy has become a huge possibility.
The upcoming Tokyo Revengers Episode 17 is supposed to release on August 1st, 2021. The episode releases at midnight in Japan and it takes around 2-3 to get it subbed.
The subbed version will be available after 2 PM CDT in central countries. If you live in any European countries you can watch the episode after 9 PM CET(UTC+01:00).

Episode 16 Review:
The latest episode started with a scene where Mikey and his gang were going to a beach. Everyone except Mikey was riding cool bikes but he was on a moped.
He and the other founding members were in the first year of their middle school when they formed the gang and started acting as a bikers gang.
On their trip, they came across another gang and were engulfed in a fight. Mikey and Baji were the only ones present there when that gang attacked and they both defeated them.
In that scene, we got to see how important was Baji for Mikey and to what extent he can get to protect him.
The episode ended with a tragic note when Baji and Kazutora went to steal a CB250T as a present for Mikey’s upcoming birthday. The shop that they went to steal turned out to be of Shinichiro Sano’s shop who was also Mikey’s older brother.
On discovering that they were found out, Kazutora hit Shinichiro on the head and he died instantly.
Shinichiro’s death turned out to be the biggest loss for Mikey and Baji and Kazutora were captured by the police. Kazutora went into trauma and started blaming Mikey for the misfortune that had fallen upon him.
He became so delusional that we started to aim for Mikey’s life and kill him.
Tokyo Revengers Episode 17 Spoilers
In the upcoming episode of Tokyo revengers, Takemichi will come across Chifuyu Matsuno, the vice-captain of the 1st division of the Tokyo Manji Gang. Chifuyu was the one who was getting beaten by Baji at his test of faith at the Valhalla Gang.
Chifuyu has been with Baji for a long time and knows him very well. He will tell Takemichi that Baji is still loyal to Mikey and has gone into Valhalla to investigate Kisaki Tetta.
Chifuyu wanted to help Baji in his resolve and investigate Kisaki from outside the gang and asked Takemichi for his help.
Takemichi too understood the position in which Baji was stuck and promised to help Chifuyu.
On meeting Mikey and Draken at a graveyard, Takemichi told them that he wasn’t able to bring Baji back and told them how he wanted to be on the top of the Toman Gang.
Things have been very complicated recently but with the upcoming episode, slowly but steadily things will start to put themselves in proper order.
