After reading the light novel Overlord, Let’s go through all the details, skills, and feats of the characters in Overlord and see who is the strongest among them. Anime-only watchers beware because this can be overrun with spoilers.

10) Lupusregina Beta
We are starting off our list with a werewolf Waifu, Lupusregina who is a battle maid and member of Pleiades Six stars which is the name of the battle maid squad of Nazarick, and she was created by the player Mekongawa.
Lupusregina is designated as a supporting character in Pleiades Six and she is a battle cleric that focuses mostly on healing magic.
As a beastman Lupusregina can transform into a werewolf when needed to make her combat power reach its maximum but this has some downsides like she is weak against silver-type metals and this decreases her overall defense.
Lupusregina’s main weapon is a black and silver colored huge scepter that looks like a huge club hammer.

9) Aura Bella Fiora
Aura Bella Fiora is a dark elf and the twin sister of Mare Bello Fiore and was created by the player Bukubukuchagama.
He is a beast tamer that can control magic beasts and is the Guardian of the 6th floor along with his sister Mare Bello Fiore, making him one of the Overlord’s strongest characters.
Aura on his own isn’t really strong, in-fact he can be considered the weakest floor guardian if we consider his combat prowess solo and the thing that makes Aura a scary foe is the beasts under his command, Aura has command over numerous beasts as high as level 90 and this makes Aura extremely strong in group combat.
Aura’s main weapon of choice is a bow named “To your Heart”, the bow lets him shoot incredibly fast arrows that set targets to fire upon contact

Demiurge is a demon created by the player Ulbert Alain Odle and is the guardian of the 7th floor and the commander of the NPC tasked with the defense of Nazarick and no doubt the right hand and one of the strongest characters in Overlord manga, anime, and even the light novel.
Demiurge is considered a “Jack of all trades” in combat and doesn’t specialize in any particular form of combat.
Demiurge’s weapon is a statue-like artifact with multiple jewels and each of these jewels can summon an entire demon army. This item was created by Ulbert with the goal of copying the ability of a similar world item.

Cocytus is a monster who is extremely proficient in using all sorts of weapons, he has four arms and is capable of wielding 21 different types of weapons and he has great control of the ice element with the help of his skill“Knight of Nilfheim”.
Cocytus’ main weapon of choice is the God Slaying Emperor Blade which is a katana with a very long blade and it was originally a weapon of Warrior Takemikazuchi, his creator. It’s also Cocytus’s strongest weapon.

Sebas Tian is probably the only NPC in Nazarick that doesn’t use any notable type of equipment when fighting and he only uses his fist in combat.

Albedo is the leader of the Guardians of Nazarick, well the guardians don’t specifically follow Albedo and Albedo is someone who assigns them duties. Albedo was created by the player Tabula Smaragdina.
Albedo’s main strength is her insanely high defense when she is fully equipped with her armor Hermes and she uses a spear-like weapon in battle, making her one of the strongest female Overlord Characters.

Shalltear is known as the strongest among all floor guardians and it is stated that even Ainz is no match for Shalltear without his OP equipment and items from other guild members. As a vampire, Shalltear has insane natural health regen and almost infinite stamina.
Shalltear’s main weapon of choice is a divine tier lance that was given to her by Peroronicino. The lance has the properties of life-leech as it allows Shalltear to recover hp from dealing damage to enemies.

Ainz was the guild master of the guild named Ainz Ooal Gown and the overlord of Nazarick.
During his VRMMORPG days in Yggdrasil, Ainz was known as the most powerful magic caster and a multitude of other names like sorcerer king.
The thing that made Ainz so “OP please nerf tier” in Yggdrasil was the sheer amount of skill Ainz could use.
The max number of spells a normal user could learn was 300 but Ainz had a skill called “Dark wisdom” which let him learn and memorize 718 different spells Ainza was also among the top five strongest in the guild among its all 41 players.
Ainz’s weapon of choice is the guild weapon, Staff of Ainz Ooal Gown, which this a huge golden staff that has several gems on it, each of them being a divine class artifact and each with its own unique ability.
