Kibutsuji Muzan
The anime adaptation of “Demon Slayer” didn’t give much away about Kibutsuji Muzan or the abilities he possesses. The legend of him as the demon who made all demons lives on. The Demon Slayer Corps views Muzan as their mortal adversary.
The Sun is his sole real vulnerability. He’s so strong that, like Deadpool, if someone cuts off his head, he’ll just grow it back. Gyutaro
The older brother of Daki, Gyutaro is the most powerful and dangerous demon Tanjiro confronts in the Demon Slayer: Entertainment District Arc. This demon caused Tanjiro and Tegen Uzi recurring nightmares and nearly killed them on several occasions.
This demon from the Upper Six slaughtered 15 Hashiras and came close to killing the Sound Hashira, Tegen. With his mastery in Blood Art, he can fashion deadly scythes out of his own flesh with which to slay his foes. Gyutaro still nearly destroys the Entertainment District after being decapitated.
Nezuko
Nezuko never lets their pals in front of them. Neruko is able to control her craving for human blood thanks to long periods of meditation. She emerges from the demon case and slaughters Tajiro’s enemies whenever she senses danger.
Nezuko keeps her monster self locked away in a unique container. She can resist the heat of the Sun and has incredible regeneration powers. Her special power is Pyrokinesis, which she uses to create pink demonic flames that are innocuous to humans but harmful to demons. When Nezuko goes berserk and grows a vinelike structure on her body, she becomes deadly in close combat.
Enmu
The adversary of the Mugen Train Arc of Demon Slayer is named Enmu. In the plot, he is pursued by Tanjiro and Fire Hashira Kyojuro. They followed his trail of human victims all the way to the Mugen Train.
Enmu, whose left hand is disfigured by a mouth mark, uses this hand to induce sleep in his target. His Blood Demon Art is Sleep Incitement, which induces a profound sleep and allows him to control the dreams of his target. When Enmu absorbed the Mugen Train, he became the most dangerous enemy the Demon Slayers had ever faced.
Daki
The Demon Slayer storyline’s Entertainment District is dominated by Daki, the main antagonist. Both she and her brother Gyutaro, who are otherwise very different people, share Daki’s physique.
