TSUKIMICHI – Moonlit Fantasy: Manga receives Anime Adaptation
Tsukimichi – Moonlit Fantasy is an upcoming adventure fantasy themed anime written by Azumi Kei.
The anime tells the story of a kid named Makoto Misumi who gets transported to a fantasy world to serve as a hero but some goddess decides that he doesn’t measure up to her beauty standards.
Publishing company AlphaPolis announced a 2021 television anime adaptation of Kei Azumi’s Tsuki ga Michibiku Isekai Douchuu (Tsukimichi: Moonlit Fantasy) light novel.
The company’s official website also revealed the main staff, cast, and a promotional video.
The video features Makoto and his followers Mio and Tomoe showcasing their powers in a battle. This just proves that they can easily win a battle no matter how strong their opponent is.
They have also released a key visual featuring all the lead characters namely Makoto, Mio, and Tomue, ready for action. The anime is set to air in 2021.
The voice actors of the lead characters in Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba will once again reunite voicing characters for this upcoming anime.

Makoto Misumi is a high school student who gets transported to an alternate world by a goddess who wants him to become a hero.
The problem arises when she decides he is “too ugly” to be a hero, and so exiles him to the wilderness. This causes Makoto to suddenly discover that he possesses magical powers and has great combat skills.
