unOrdinary one of the most popular webtoon out there and everyone is desperately wanting to know if there will be a unOrdinaly anime anytime soon and what could be its release date.

Now it’s not only manga and manhwa that people like to read, webtoons are getting the attention they deserve as well and alongside popular webtoons like Tower Of God and God Of High School, unOrdinary is also enjoying the limelight and people are dying for it’s anime adaptation to get announced.

Earlier this year we saw TOG and God Of High School getting their own anime, so fans are very optimistic about unOrdinary getting adapted for an anime serialization as well.

unOrdinary Anime release date

The first season are already over for TOG and God Of High School and their second season are already in works while we have heard nothing about unOrdinary anime release date or even adaptation announcement.

Tower Of God Season 2 and God Of High School Season 2 will most probably be releasing in 2021, so can we expect unOrdinary anime releasing soon?

There are many things that go in an art getting selected for anime serialization and today we will be discussing some of them to see if we can expect the anime to get announced soon.

unOrdinary Anime Release Date?

In the past we have seen that for any webtoon or manga to get selected for anime serialization, there needs to be enough chapters published so that when the production begins, there’s no shortage of story and material to work around.

unOrdinary webtoon is the work of Chesley Han, better known as Uru-chan. Over 200 chapters have been published and the webtoon is already an success, so when it comes to material, unOrdinary has enough.

The story is no where it’s end, so we can expect more 100-200 chapters to get released. Now what more?

Now all we need is for some anime studio to pick it up and start the serialization process. Tower of God And God Of High School bother were licensed by Crunchyroll, so there’s a high chance that Crunchyroll will come through for unOrdinary anime as well.

Just like how Netflix is working behind the scenes for the Baki Season 4, there’s a high chance that unOrdinary might get picked up for one of the Netflix specials if we do our part.

Just like Solo Leveling anime, fans have started a petition for unOrdinary as well. You can find the petition of Change.org and if we get enough signatures before the end of this year, there’s a strong possibility of getting some good news regarding the situation.

So what do we think about the release date?

Analyzing market trends and how the industry is right now, we expect the unOrdinary anime release date to be somewhere around fall 2021 or summer 2022.

But to make it a reality, we need to get some buzz generated around this topic, so make sure to share this article with your friends and family and get as many signatures as possible on the petition linked above.

There are several unOrdinary anime trailers streaming on Youtube as well.

How Many Episodes in unOrdinary Season 1?

Popular webtoons like TOG and God Of High School had 12 episodes in their first season. So we expect the same for the upcoming unOrdinary anime.

We expect unOrdinary Season 1 anime to have 12 episodes and it will be available to stream on the popular anime streaming platform Crunchyroll.

The first season will most likely consist of the first 50 chapters of webtoon and act as an introduction and the main story to continue from the second season.
