For the first time the Uzumaki Adaption was announced in 2019 at the Crunchyroll Expo and it was revealed that the anime will come out In 2020. However, because of the COVID-19 pandemic, the anime was delayed to 2021. In 2021 a teaser video was released but it was also said that the anime will be delayed even further and that takes us to 2022.

No announcement in 2022 and the whole year passed by and finally in 2023 another teaser was released. In 2023 the Vice President of Adult Swim, Jason DeMarco made a Twitter post telling fans that the anime would come later in 2023 but no month or date was announced and 2023 went by as well. As of January 2024, Uzumaki anime release date is still unknown but hopefully, it will come soon in the first half of 2024.

Is There A Trailer/Teaser for Uzumaki?

A teaser was released in 2023 which revealed the unique adaptation style for the anime. The anime is being adapted as the manga in black and white and fans have been going crazy over this style of animation. The teaser gave a hint of what fans will be seeing in the anime featuring the very first chapter of the manga and showcasing the obsession of Shuichi’s father’s obsession with the spiral.
