Between the early nineties to 2001, Viz Media and Big Comic Original released eighteen volumes in a row. After a novel launch, Madhouse Studio released the anime wing of the banner. In a matter of seventy-four episodes, the anime made quite a name for itself. But what makes people search its streaming details a decade after the launch? Let’s find out all about Monster Anime where to watch.
Is Monster Anime on Netflix Available?
The answer to this question is not that simple. Monster Anime is available on Netflix. But only certain regions could get access to the anime at the time. With the current licensing rights that started on June 20, 2011, Monster Anime is only available in American regions. This is because Viz Media is a platform that only operates in North America. Is Monster Anime Available On Funimation
Sadly, none of the Funimation platforms avail the Monster anime. Since Funimation is a company that has a close association with Viz Media and Sony Pictures, it is obvious to think that it would also list Monster on its platform. But in this cutthroat environment, winning the licensing bid is not easy. And so, Sony’s Funimation could not steal it away from the bigger players like Amazon and Netflix.

Crunchyroll: Is Monster Anime Available?
In a recent update from 2021, it was notified that Sony’s Funimation would commence the merger with Crunchyroll soon enough. Currently, the merger has not been out of the papers. Moreover, it is not clear if this change would be evident on the two platforms as well. If Funimation and Crunchyroll are to be merged, then fans can hope to get access to all the titles that are currently on the two of them.
But even after that, Monster will not be available on the platform. For that to happen, Sony will have to buy the rights of the anime at a high price. Moreover, the contents of the contract are not in the public eye. This also keeps the bar of uncertainty high. If the contract is exclusive to two of these content platforms, then subscribers Funimation and Crunchyroll will have to wait until the license expires.
Monster Anime DVD Available
The responsibility of releasing Monster in DVD format was all on Viz Media. However, the company never really released the DVD format of the series. But now that fans are hoping to watch the series once again, this might be the best time for the company to launch the 10th anniversary of the anime. Further, it can also include the uncut version of the anime in the hard copy format. If the fans are willing to get a collection version of Monster, then now is the perfect time to start demanding the same.

Where To Watch Monster Anime: Latest Updates!
The monster was an overall complete series. With the seventy-fourth episode (Season 5), the story ended up using all of the source material. Since September 2010, there has been no significant update on the future of the franchise. Plus, aside from the original manga, the franchise lacks reboots and spin-offs. However, there is one singular novel that was released in the year 2002, titled Another Monster. But since it has been more than a decade since it came out, the chances of seeing it in an anime form are quite low. Plus, it seems like fans also want companies to leave the classic in the position that it is.
The only piece of news that brings the classic back to the forefront is the fact that people are willing to revisit the series. Now, what has caused such attention is not clear. It can only be assumed that fans are going back to the good old days to revive memories.
