Studio CLAP is animating the movie. Tomohisa Taguchi is its director, and he has previously worked on Kino’s Journey, Akudama Drive, and other anime.

The plot focuses on Tono Kaoru, who discovers a tunnel that can give you what your heart desires. In exchange, it demands years of your life. Tono wants back his sister who had died five years ago, but just as he was going to enter the tunnel, he encounters his classmate, Anzu Hanaki.
