‘Zom 100’ Theme Songs & More Cast Members Are Revealed in a New Groovy Trailer
The highly anticipated anime “Zom 100: Bucket List of the Dead” will finally premiere this summer. It’s not every day that you get to watch a zombie horror comedy, and that’s part of what makes it so entertaining.
Akira Tendo attempts to keep his chin up and get through each day while being exploited in the job of his dreams. But a zombie outbreak changes everything, and now he gets to enjoy a fascinating existence without having to worry about the daily grind.
‘Zom 100: Bucket List of the Dead’ has a new teaser and visual that was released by Viz Media on Sunday. The video introduces the theme song’s performers and two additional cast members. Hulu and Netflix have already announced that they will be streaming the launch on July 9.
Some of the same material from the last trailer is used in this one, but the story is unfolded more naturally. Akira Tendo reveals his alternate feelings of zeal for and exhaustion from his job. Later, when the zombies begin to take over, he is relieved to find he no longer needs to go to work.
KANA-BOON has sung “Song of the Dead” for the show’s introduction. The credits roll while Shiyui’s “Happiness of the Dead” plays in the background.
The trailer and image below introduce two new characters, Kenichiro “Kencho” Ryuzaki and Beatrix Amerhauser, created by Viz Media. The following actors will lend their voices to the roles:

As I indicated before, the combination of a morbid fear of a zombie apocalypse and the ‘YOLO’ attitude is what has kept me anticipating ‘Zom 100. The tunes used as anthems are perfect. Do you recommend the manga, if you’ve read it?
