‘My Daughter Left the Nest’ Debuts Its First Teaser Trailer on Father’s Day
There will soon be a new adventure series that will focus on ‘family-centric’ themes. The warm relationship between two adventurers is shared in “My Daughter Left the Nest and Returned an S-Rank Adventurer”. The adopted daughter of a seasoned swordsman is also a formidable fighter.
There has been no information on the anime since it was announced in November. It’s natural that the staff has sprung a bombshell on Father’s Day.
‘My Daughter Left the Nest and Returned an S-Rank Adventurer’ premiered its first teaser and visual on Sunday, which was posted on the anime’s official website. The cast and crew were likewise unmasked. There will be a fall release for the anime.
Belgrieve rescues a baby from the woods and brings her inside the house in the video. Then, Angeline is shown killing a wyvern. While she takes her assignments very seriously, she reverts to her infantile ways whenever her father is brought up. Belgrieve is also depicted doing something, as well as reading Angeline’s letter.

The focus on a father and daughter makes it more touching than most other adventure fantasies. I can’t wait to watch Angeline’s group collaborate with Belgrieve. There needs to be more to the tale, but it seems enjoyable thus far.
My Daughter Left the Nest and Returned an S-Rank Adventurer
Author Mojikakiya and artist toi8 team up for the light novel series My Daughter Left the Nest and Returned as an S-Rank Adventurer (Bkensha ni Naritai to Miyako ni Deteitta Musume ga S-Ranku ni Natteta). It premiered in February 2018 by Earth Star Entertainment and ran through November 2021.
Eleven volumes of the light novels are available now. It’s also been turned into a manga, and an anime adaptation is in the works.
Belgrieve and his adopted daughter Angeline, whom he discovered abandoned in the woods as an infant, are the protagonists of this tale. Angeline becomes an S-class adventurer after being trained in swordplay by Belgrieve. After five years away, Angeline finally makes her way back to her hometown and father.
