ABLAZE Releases Fantasy Artbooks and Cagaster Boxset this Holiday Season

These upcoming fantasy titles feature some of the most mind-blowing illustrations from the Tolkien realm; Be it dwarves, fairies, or dragons. There is something for manga lovers too.
This holiday season, ABLAZE will release a trio of special titles, including two hardcover fantasy artbooks and 6 volume manga box set. These titles are:
- The Dragon Universe Artbook by Olivier Ledroit and Laurent Souillé
- The Fairy Universe Artbook by Various Artists
- Cagaster by Kachou Hasimoto
All these titles will be released on December 22, 2021, and are currently available for pre-order.
The Dragon Universe features the art of all kinds of dragons and focuses on their origin in a universe filled with other creatures like dwarves and elves. This collection of illustrations is the collaboration between acclaimed artists like John Howe, the designer for The Lord of the Rings, and Oliver Ledroit, who is known for his Black Moon Chronicles series.
The Fairy Universe is very similar in its approach but instead focuses more on the fairies. It is more of an encyclopedia that combines the history of these creatures living in a world with dragons. This features amazing watercolor illustrations which stray away from the more popular interpretation of the fantasy creature.
Finally, we have Cagaster, which is a post-apocalyptic story about a future where two-thirds of humanity has been wiped out by an infection, which turns them into cannibalistic insects. Follow the journey of a young boy, who, on his quest to find his friend’s mother unravels the origins of the deadly disease.
