Dr. Stone Manga Chapter 219 Determines the Three Astronauts for the Space Mission
The Dr. Stone manga is slowly yet steadily treading towards its grand finale, and the characters are now scurrying through the last-minute preparations. By establishing the internet, the stone world advanced by millennia, and communication between scientists and engineers became much easier.
The internet gave a massive upgrade to the stone world citizens, due to which all the essential characters are now able to gather at one place for the mission’s final touch-ups. The most crucial decision to make in the endmost planning was to finalize the astronauts.
We all knew that Senku and Ryusui would be on that rocket without a doubt, but the third member to join the crew was quite the surprise.
Dr. Stone manga’s Chapter 219 has revealed the three astronauts for the space mission will be Senku, Ryusui, and Kohaku. These three are selected under the categories of the scientist, the pilot, and the warrior.
The decision was made after various trials and competitions that determined the physical and mental capabilities of the candidates. All candidates had their shortcomings during the selections like Senku is as good at stamina-related activities as Kohaku is at brainy analytical stuff. In short, they both are terrible in those fields.
In the end, when everyone thought that Tsukasa was going to be selected, the Strongest High School Primate tested Kohaku’s skills and declared her the third and final astronaut. During this exchange, Tsukasa also acknowledged Kohaku as a worthy fighter on par with him and Hyoga.
Needless to say, no one questioned his choice, and Kohaku bravely took up the responsibility given to her. All that’s left now is the rocket launch and confronting Why-Man on the moon. I’m not sure how they will do it, but I know Senku has some tricks up his sleeve.
Dr.Stone 218 Shows Off Chrome’s Development as A Scientist
As much as I’d love for the manga to reach the finale quickly, I feel like the story is getting a bit rushed. We got the computer in over three chapters, and the internet was established in no more than two chapters. This made me feel like it got over way too quickly for inventions that, quite literally, defined the 21st century.
Despite this, the story is getting thrilling with each chapter, and in no time, we’ll get to see Why-Man too. I’m scared but also excited for what awaits Team Science and us.
