We have some good news for all of you manga readers out there! Viz Media is back with its list of summer manga releases 2021. Fans will soon have some new additions to their wishlist!

As an avid manga reader myself, I have tons of titles on my to-read list. However, news of new manga is a unique joy altogether. Viz brings us a plethora of genres to choose our favorite manga from.

Viz Media will be releasing eight new titles for the summer 2021 release list. The Fist Of The North Star manga will also receive print and digital publication by Viz. It will be available in a hardcover edition.

The following manga are set for release by Viz Media:

  • The Fist Of The North Star by Buronson and Hara (print and digital).

Set in a post-apocalyptic world, Kenshiro is the master of a deadly martial arts form, which can give people gory death by touching their vital points. Kenshiro protects the weak and innocent as well as stand against other martial artists.

  • No. 5 by Taiyo Matsumoto (print and digital).

The world has become 70% desert, and the plot is a science fiction thriller set in an area that looks like the middle east. No. 5, the top marksman of the peacekeeping forces, has gone rogue.

However, he and his companion, Matroshka, won’t go down without a fight.

  • Sensor by Junji Ito (print and digital).

It is a shoujo – horror story which talks about the tale of a young woman. The young woman stumbles into an old and remote village with a very strange form of worship.

  • Mashle: Magic and Muscles by Hajime Komoto(print and digital).

Mashle Vandead is a magic-less person in a world ruled by magic. People don’t acknowledge his existence and want to erase him entirely. Mashle trains to become stronger even without magic.

To become a Divine Visionary and finally be an important person, he enrolls in the Easton Magic Academy.

  • Undead Unluck by Yoshifumi Tozuka  (print and digital).

An unlucky girl prepares for her death, but she is interrupted by the appearance of an undead who desperately wants to die. A very uncommon hero emerges in the manga.
