New Video For ‘The Quintessential Quintuplets’ Teases Opening Track

In “The Quintessential Quintuplets,” Futaro Uesugi and the Nakano sisters will briefly reappear. A few months ago, everyone was taken aback by the announcement. We anticipated a short series in which Uesugi would experience some social discomfort and aid the five girls once more.

The fact that it’s a special and would be shown in cinemas was revealed later. The stories take place over Uesugi’s summer holiday from studying and tutoring for his upcoming examinations.

A new trailer for the next side story special “The Quintessential Quintuplets” was released on the show’s official website on Friday. The video features exclusive sneak peeks of the opening theme tune and brand new sequences from the special. Starting on July 14, theaters will play the special for a total of three weeks. It’s also making its television debut this summer.

The Nakano sisters and Futaro Uesugi are featured in the video. It focuses primarily on one of the tales in which Uesugi and the five sisters go to the seashore. Some of the clip shows the girls in modern clothes, while other scenes feature them in more traditional garb.

The quintuplets’ voice actors perform “Gotbun no Mirai” (Five Equal Futures) and “Takaramono” (Treasure) as the opening and closing themes, respectively.

The special’s primary cast members are all holdovers from the anime:

The production team also claimed that the theaters will distribute square images of the Nakano sisters in bikinis. A QR code will be included in the images, which will link to an original video.

On July 16th, Ayana Taketatsu and Miku It will both be performing at the Shinjuku Wald 9 Theater in Tokyo for a stage event.

Due to the announcement that the anime will feature previously unadapted stories, I am hoping that at least three unique tales will be presented. A standalone story is also possible, but unlikely to be welcomed by fans.

The Quintessential Quintuplets

In 2017, Negi Haruba published the comic The Quintessential Quintuplets. After 14 volumes, the manga series concluded in February of 2020.

Based on the manga, “The Quintessential Quintuplets” is an anime that will have its first season air in 2019 and its second season air in 2021.

The protagonist, Futaro, is a high schooler from a modest background who is presented with a promising opportunity to supplement his family’s income by working as a tutor. However, the majority of his class is made up of female students.

They are gorgeous quintuplets, but they are terrible students who despise schoolwork.

In this romantic comedy about the five sisters of the Nakano family, his first task is to earn their trust.
