Back in the present, Kim continued to beat up the creature, and points kept cutting from his scoresheet. He then said that he did not care about the points anymore. Taking revenge was now a big priority.

All the while, the Dokkaebi continued to beg for forgiveness. But Kim did not have any plan to spare him another chance. So, the creature had the guts to say that Shin was never going to come back to them. The final act of the chapter saw the Dokkaebi leaving without serving his part of the punishment. The past sequence appears, confirming that Dokja had promised that he would be reviving Shin once again. He knew that her soul had gone into the Labyrinth of the Worldlines. Thus, the entire team was forging a plan of action to visit the Labyrinth in order to revive Shin once again.
