The vibrant trailer gives us a sneak peek into what’s in store for the protagonist, Kotone Kazairo.
Voiced by Honoka Inoue, Kotone is a mage who works at a real estate agency in a fantasy world.
The anime follows her journey as she tries to find quirky clients a place to call home with her co-workers who are anything but ordinary.
The free and mischievous Fa is brought to life by Hino Kino. Natsumi Kawaida lends her voice to the strict monk Rufuria, and the cute but unpredictable warrior Rakira is voiced by Manaka Iwami.
These four women are certain to make house hunting far from mundane.
Studio Doga Kobo, best known for handling My Senpai is Annoying, is animating RPG Real Estate.

About RPG Real Estate
RPG Real Estate is a Japanese four-panel manga series by Chiyo Kenmotsu, serialized in Houbunsha’s seinen manga magazine Manga Time Kirara Carat since 2018. It has been collected in three tankōbon volumes. An anime television series adaptation by Doga Kobo has been announced.
The story begins 15 years after the demon king was defeated and the world has become peaceful. Kotone, who graduated from school and became a magician, inquired the kingdom-affiliated RPG Real Estate in order to find a new home.
In reality, RPG Real Estate was Kotone’s place of employment, and together with Fa, a demi-human, the priest Rufuria, and the soldier Rakira, they help support the searches of new homes for the customers!
