The teaser literally puts the pair in the spotlight, with their chemistry portrayed right on point. While there are hints of romance between Leonis and Riselia, they’re mostly a team that fights together and are protective of each other.
Their story begins when the Dark Lord Leonis finds himself in the body of a 10-year-old boy under the care of Riselia, the one who freed him.
Thinking of Leonis as some taking refuge from the evil creatures called Voids, Riselia resolves to protect him from harm. Soon, she takes up the role of Leonis’ big sister and puts his life before hers.
Although Leonis doesn’t need much protection as he’s an overpowered individual, he respects Riselia’s care and loyalty towards him. The dynamic between the two changes soon when Riselia learns of Leonis’ powers and becomes his minion.
Despite all of this, assuming Riselia to be a weakling and damsel in distress would be a grave mistake on your part. She’s a descendant of strong warriors and possesses impressive skills in combat which even Leonis acknowledges.
