‘The Devil is a Part-Timer!!’ Season 2 Confirms July Debut with New Trailer

The Devil is a Part-Timer!! season 2 is easily the most anticipated anime of summer 2022. After making us wait for nine painful years, the series is back to give us more outstanding episodes of pure comedy.

This time, the devil and the hero have an unexpected burden on them. As if being overworking young adults wasn’t already painful enough, in season 2, they will suddenly find a child who thinks they are her parents.

Season 2 of The Devil is a Part-Timer!! will be released on July 14, 2022. Disney+ will stream the anime in Japan, and I’m sure other streaming websites will join in to provide the series outside Japan.

After the last trailer, which introduced Alas Ramus, the mystery child, the new teaser will show you just how the isekai team is coping with the additional responsibility of a kid. “WITH,” the theme song of season 2 by  Minami Kuribayashi, is also previewed in the video.

First of all, can I just call attention to poor Alciel? Taking care of Maou, and Lucifer was already bad enough and now a kid too? You can see his bones now; who said upbringing a kid is easy?

Both Maou and Emi are pretty surprised as Alas starts calling them ‘mom’ and ‘dad.’ To Emi’s credit, she is ready to put the bloody past with Maou beside them to take care of Alas. (Write down the parenting tip.)

The Devil Is a Part-Timer! Season 2: Catch up with the Latest Updates

As a huge fan of the anime, I am expecting The Devil is a Part-Timer!! season 2 to hit all the perfect comic moments. An unexpected child surrounded by teens who have no clue about parenting, what else can we need for nonstop entertainment?

About The Devil is a Part-Timer!

The Devil Is a Part-Timer! is a Japanese light novel series written by Satoshi Wagahara, with illustrations by Oniku (written as 029). ASCII Media Works has published the series in Japan, while Yen Press has published the series in North America.

The story revolves around the Demon Lord Satan after he is stuck in the human world. Satan loses against the hero Emilia in his homeworld Ente Isla. He then takes one of his subordinates – Alciel and transports himself to the human world, where he is left powerless due to the lack of magic.

Both Satan and Alciel take human forms, and Satan takes up a part-time job at a fast-food restaurant to earn a living. Things get even more complicated once Emilia arrives under the guise of a human named Emi Yusa. This light-hearted comedy explores the interactions of “evil” and “good.”
