The ‘Disillusioned Adventurers’ anime preview focuses on the protagonist Nick.

The protagonists of “Apparently, Disillusioned Adventurers Will Save the World” are not led astray by betrayal, as is sometimes the case.

These tortured spirits found solace in less-than-heroic pleasures rather than becoming the story’s villains. For instance, our protagonist Nick came to be an ardent follower of the idols.

Apparently, Disillusioned Adventurers Will Save the World’s newest promotional video focuses on Nick and his unhealthy obsession with idols.

At the outset of his tale, Nick endures a series of literal and figurative knife thrusts to the back. He is falsely accused of embezzling money and kicked out of the party; then, to add insult to injury, his girlfriend admits that she was only using him.

After Nick’s heart is broken and he feels like he’ll never be able to get back up again, he finds solace in the popular idol Agate and becomes a fan of idols. Nick goes broke after spending it all on Agate merch and concert tickets.

In the latest key art, Nick is shown completely engulfed by dolls, plushies, glowsticks, and other Agate merch. On January 10th, 2023, you can expect the first episode of the anime to air.

The teaser reveals that Nick’s past wounds are still open and raw despite his frequent excursions into the idol world. He often wonders what his life would be like if things had turned out differently and what role fate played in his misfortunes.

On a day of great fortune, Nick meets three other people who, like him, have a history of betrayal and misery. After sharing their experiences of trauma, the four decide to band together to become a political force and save the world.
