The true sides of these caring demons are finally shown in the previous Yakusoku no Neverland episode as it’s revealed that Sonju had hidden motives behind helping the children.
Sonju trained the children to so that they can possibly be the ones who break The Promise made between the Humans and the Demons. He cannot wait to devour human meat again. He goes on and kills off the demons that attacked the children.
Emma and all the children finally arrive at B06-32 but to their shock it’s a complete barren land. All of them start to panic but Ray is able to solve the mystery and they find a secret entry.
The children enter the place and the episode ends as we see a mysterious man, for the first time in the anime, greeting them for being able to reach there.

Yakusoku no Neverland Season 2 Ep 4 airs officially in Japan on Fridays, 2021 at 1:25 AM and began premiering from January 7, 2021.
Promised Neverland Season 2 Episode 4 will be available on Thursday, January 28th, 2021 by 8:25 AM PST for viewers in the US/Canada.
For people in European countries, the fourth episode will air at 5:25 PM CET and 11:25 AM CET on Thursday, January 28th, 2021.

He even goes off to kill the demons that attacked the children because if Emma and the others died, then the chances of getting to eat human meat again would narrow down. But who is the demon Sonju is about to face?
In the latest episode of Yakusoku no Neverland S2E4, the children finally reach their destination and encounter an unknown man who greets them on their arrival at the shelter.
Is this man the William Minerva who has guided them all this while with his unique hidden hints? Or will we see a new character enter the anime? But most importantly, is this person a friend or a foe?
Now judging by how Minerva used Morse Code to embed his secret messages to the kids in Grace Field, we can’t say for sure if he will really reveal himself this easily.
We just have to wait and find out more about the story on The Promised Neverland Season 2 Episode 4.
