In 2021, the franchise is coming with its 18th sequence, titled “Tropical-Rouge! Precure,” to replace the currently airing Healin’ Good Precure.

On Friday, the official website for Tropical-Rouge! Precure revealed the main cast, staff, and theme song artists for the anime, which includes some of the industry’s popular names.

Chihaya Yoshitake is performing the ending theme song titled “TropicaING,” and the opening theme is performed by “Viva! Spark! Tropical-Rouge! Precure.”

The anime will start broadcasting from February 28 on ABC TV and TV Asahi. It will revolve around Manatsu Natsuumi, a middle-school student with a personality as bright as the sun.

She meets a mermaid named Laura, who was searching for the “legendary warriors” the Precures, to protect his country from the attack of the ‘procrastination witch.’

The anime will introduce us to more magical artifacts and magical animals. Will Manatsu be the one to bring back peace to the Grand Ocean? I guess we wait a few more months to find it out.

Meanwhile, the franchise’s latest film, Eiga Healin’ Good ♥ Precure Yume no Machi de Kyun! tto GoGo! Daihenshin!!, will be hitting the Japanese theatres on March 20. With a new film and a series, 2021 may turn out to be the dream year for all the Precure fans.

The Pretty Cure Series is a Japanese magical girl anime franchise created by Izumi Todo and produced by Asahi Broadcasting Corporation, Asatsu-DK, and Toei Animation.
