Attack on Titan‘s fourth and final action-packed season will be streaming on December 7, 2020.
Can everyone watch it?
With just a few days away for the blockbuster series to release, anime fans have been more than concerned about where to watch the show. While some places have the luxury to watch it legally without hassle, not many have that superpower.
Even though anime fans have been growing drastically and the industry is set worldwide, there are still not many streaming services available to every part of the world.
Good News for fans from Asia!
While anime fans of Japan are being blessed with the chance of watching it directly on TV, other countries like the USA have streaming services like Crunchyroll and Funimation.
In Asia, other than Japan and South Korea, Aniplus Asia will stream the series in Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, and the Philippines. This excludes some other countries, including India.
Bad News for fans from India!
If you are an anime fan from India, it will be hard to watch the series legally. Even though Crunchyroll is available in India, Attack on Titan is not made available there. Sadly, Funimation, the distributor of the series, hasn’t stepped foot in India yet.
So, the only option is to stream it on Hulu, which is also not available legally, but with a good VPN, you can change the location and watch it. This is still not legal, but if you couldn’t find any other way, you could try it. But if you want to contribute to the writers and stay loyal, you can read the manga, which is available on Amazon.
Other than North America
The episodes will launch in the USA the same day it airs in Japan. But, fear not, even if you are not in Asia or North America, Crunchyroll and Funimation will stream in Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Iceland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Latin America, and the Netherlands.
AnimeLab will carry season four in Australia and New Zealand as always. Wakanim French will provide access in French-speaking territories, while Wakanim English oversees Norway, Sweden, Iceland, Finland, and Denmark. Wakanim Germany will air the season in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria. Russians living in Russia can stream it in Wakanim Russia.
