Zombieland Saga Announces Its First Movie With A Parody Video
As it is with any idol anime, the cast of Zombieland Saga too took to stage to perform a live concert for their fans just days ago. Even fans outside Japan were able to enjoy the show through a paid live stream.

The concert was everything one could hope for; a fantastic set with energetic performances as we have come to expect from the cast, along with a special announcement.
Zombieland Saga anime will be getting a movie. The movie will have an international release and will feature actors from the Saga prefecture.
The release date and the additional staff for the movie haven’t been released yet. The film will be produced by Studio Mappa like the rest of the series.
Avex Pictures has released a live-action announcement video for the movie titled “A Zombie-less Fight: Saga Revenge Edition.”
The video features actors Hakuryuu(Tonegawa in Kaiji: Ultimate Survivor live-action) and Kunio Murai(Yoshimura in Tokyo Ghoul live-action) from the Saga prefecture. Hakuryuu played the role of White Ryu in the second season of the anime Zombieland Saga: Revenge.
Both actors face off in an abandoned building in what looks like a mafia setting. They are arguing while throwing out the word “Saga” in every other sentence without making any sense.
It isn’t clear at the moment if the film will be a sequel or a standalone movie. The announcement video didn’t help, but this kind of parody video is what you would expect from Zombieland Saga.

About ZOMBIE LAND SAGA
Zombie Land Saga is an original TV animation produced by the joint collaboration between MAPPA, Avex Pictures, and Cygames. Season 1 of the anime made in 2018 ran for 12 episodes and also paved way for a manga series.
The story is about Sakura and how her dream of becoming an idol soon comes to an end after being hit by a truck.
Finding herself in an unknown world, she later comes to know that she was resurrected as a zombie by a man named Koutarou.
