Blue Period Anime Release Date

The anime will be getting released in October 2021 and it’s being produced by the studio Seven Arcs. This studio has produced a lot of well-reputed anime, some of them being Tonikawa: Over The Moon For You and Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha.

One exciting visual teaser revealed our dear protagonist, Yataro Yaguchi as he’s clearly excited working on something he’s passionate about: art. Another teaser shows us Yataro as he stands in the middle of a unusually empty street ready to take on the canvas.

Plot 

The plot of this upcoming anime follows our protagonist Yataro who, despite being smart and intelligent than most, lives a troubled life and finds it mundane. However, after he finds a painting that captures his heart in the art room, his life changes for the better.

After this encounter, he becomes obsessed with the colors and their combination that he finds his calling in life. He decides to become an artist but multiple hurdles prevent him from doing so.
