Kawaki’s outstanding healing abilities impress everyone in the facility in Konoha. But although Boruto and everyone assure him that he is safe, his past makes him not being able to trust their words.
Trying to fight his way out, he is stopped by Sumire and Nue. Nue turns into his true form and damages Kawaki’s right arm. Although he makes his way out, he leaves a trail of blood behind!
Will this enable the Konoha pursuers to locate him? Kawaki will probably try to lay low and fight his way out in Boruto Episode 191. We might also get to know what really happened in his past.
Meanwhile, the Seventh Hokage, Naruto has also decided that he should meet Kawaki himself after hearing that Kara is also looking for him. In Boruto Ep 191, we might see Kawaki and Naruto meeting. But

Konohamaru reports back to Naruto, Shikamaru, and Sai about the latest mission. He gives them the intel he collected and lets them know about “The Vessel” Kawaki. Meanwhile, Kawaki is kept at the lab in Ryutan for further analysis.
Katasuke mentions about the incredible healing abilities he possesses. Kawaki tries to break out from the facility but in vain. When he is put to sleep using a gas, we see a flashback of his childhood.
After waking up, he finds Boruto, Sumire, Mitsuki in front of him. Kawaki is unable to trust anyone and uses a flashbang to escape from the lab. On his way, he encounters Sumire and Nue and has to fight his way out.
On the other hand, Naruto is on his way to meet this “Vessel”!
