Burn The Witch: Manga Season 2 to Release Soon

The creator of Bleach, Tite Kubo is once again back with a Bleach spin-off anime titled “Burn The Witch”.

The series first appeared as a one-shot manga series in Shonen Jump Magazine released as part of its 50th Anniversary project in July 2018.

The story revolves around the main characters Noel Niihashi and Nini Spangle working as witches at the Wing Bird headquarters in Reverse London’s Natural Dragon Management Agency.

The plot is set in a fantasy “Reverse London” which exists under the shadows of the real London in the United Kingdom. Reverse London is home to supernatural creatures such as dragons.

Noel and Nini work to help promote coexistence between these creatures and humans but sometimes must undergo missions to exterminate evil creatures.

Later, a miniseries was also published in Weekly Shōnen Jump in March 2018. The franchise also announced a film with the same name.

The series has been set to run for four chapters in Weekly Shōnen Jump’s 38th issue on August 24th, 2020. Viz Media released the first chapter in Weekly Shonen Jump on July 16, 2018.

According to Weekly Shonen Jump, Burn The Witch series will be compiled and its chapters will be published in a tankōbon volume on October 2nd, 2020. Burn the Witch Manga will progress with a ‘Season 2’ coming soon.
