Thus, the upcoming Miyazaki films’ exhibition organized by the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures will be welcomed with open arms by fans.

Who doesn’t want to relive those special Ghibli moments? Now, you will have the opportunity to do just that!

The Academy Museum of Motion Pictures has announced that it will screen all films by Hayao Miyazaki from 5th October to 27th November. The exhibition is being organized in collaboration with Studio Ghibli and will exhibit various works of the genius creator.

If you are a huge Ghibli fan then, believe me, you wouldn’t want to miss this exhibition. Why, you ask?

Original unaired Ghibli production materials will be on display in the exhibition! In addition, unaired scenes from world-famous movies like My Neighbour Totoro or Spirited Away will be presented.

With more than 200 concept sketches, character designs, storyboards, backgrounds, and film clips, the event is going to be a lifetime experience for any Ghibli fan! Unique Studio Ghibli merchandise also lies in wait for those who will visit.

The museum is not open yet and will be inaugurated on 30th September. It has been included in the list of 100 greatest places of 2021 by TIME magazine.

90 years of the history of Oscars will be depicted through this museum and Miyazaki has already been a part of their planning since 2019!
