Crunchyroll Will Add 15 Movies To Their “Dragon Ball” Library

Since a while back, all four seasons of “Dragon Ball,” including “Dragon Ball GT,” have been made available on Crunchyroll. However, since the movies were still unavailable and had some significance despite not being canon, the collection was not complete.

Important characters like Garlic Jr. and Broly are introduced in the movies. In actuality, “Dead Zone” is the forerunner of “Dragon Ball Z’s” Garlic Jr. Saga. Additionally, the movies offer more historical information about Namekians, Saiyans, and other races.

On June 22, Crunchyroll revealed that 15 ‘Dragon Ball’ films would be available for streaming on its service. Three groups of the movies will be available. While some movies are already available for streaming, others won’t be until June 29 or July 6, respectively.

The newest movie on the list, “Dragon Ball Super: Broly,” reintroduces and makes canon the Broly character from “Dragon Ball Super.” The next movie is “Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero,” which is the most recent installment in the series but isn’t yet streaming on Crunchyroll.

However, these aren’t all of the franchise’s films. ‘Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods’ and the original ‘Dragon Ball’ anime’s movies are not included in the set. Once it is made available throughout the entire world, it is still a fantastic collection.

Concerning Dragon Ball Z

The follow-up to Akira Toriyama’s original Dragon Ball anime and manga is called Dragon Ball Z. It focuses on Goku’s mature escapades.

In order to save the Earth from their wrath, Goku battles Vegeta, Frieza, and other more powerful foes including Cell and Majin Boo.

Due to its rising popularity, Dragon Ball Z was originally an anime and then turned into a manga.
