The adventures of Bell Cranel is the one thing that had us going in the toughest year of the last decade but now that the the third season has ended, fans are eagerly waiting for the Danmachi Season 4 release date announcement.

The last season ended in December 2020 and there are already some rumors floating around that the fourth season might get released this year as a Winter 2021 anime just like Haikyuu Season 5.
2021 is going to be the year of anime returns. Popular anime titles like Demon Slayer Season 2 and One Punch Man Season 3 are hinted to make a big return this year and we expect Danmachi to join the club with their season 4.
The last season ended with Bell Cranel’s loss against the minotaur that he once faced in the dungeon and defeated him the last time. But this time the fight ended in his loss and fans are excited to watch his progress and how the story resumes in the upcoming fourth season.

Danmachi Season 4 Release Date Announcement
The first season aired from April 4 to June 27, 2015. The second season aired from July 13 to September 28, 2019. The third Danmachi season aired from October 3 to December 19, 2019.
There was a three year gap between the first and season season but there was only one year gap between the third and third season of Danmachi season.
If we follow the trend, we expect Danmachi Season 4 to premiere around October 2021 as a part of the Winter 2021 anime collection. If the fourth season is to start in October then the announcement must be made by Summer.
The fourth season of Danmachi anime will have 12 episodes just like the third season and the release date of all the episodes will be listed here when released online.
J.C.Staff has made no announcement yet and we are waiting to hear back from Crunchyroll. Crunchyroll has been making big moves this year and their plans are the same for 2021 as well.

Following the end of the third season, Bell Cranel once again starts his training to get stronger so that he never loses again. To attain the strength to protect all his loved ones and thus he starts his training with Ais Wallstein once again.
The title of the last episode of Season 3 was “Argonaut: Hero’s Return”. The episode was all about God Hermes trying to help Bell Cranel up his reputation and make him the hero that people want.
He is maybe supposed to be the reincarnation of hero Argonaut. The storyline of the Danmachi season 4 will most probably revolve around Bell Cranel and God Freya.
Fans are also looking forward to how the adventures of Bell lead to the coexistence of monsters and humans outside the dungeon.
Argonaut’s story is non-cannon but it must have some connection with the main story. Following the third season, the minotaur Asterius went inside the dungeon to train and it is inevitable that they will fight once again.
Bell Cranel and God Hestia are not alone anymore like they were before. They have friends now who will help them in this adventure and something tell me that the storyline is only going to get good as we move ahead.
