Season one of the anime began as a romance anime which turned into a mild hentai anime by the end of it. While people can expect the same dynamic between the main duo this time, something else is thrown into the mix in the new season; maybe to make things a little more interesting.
The official website for Fire in His Fingertips anime has released a PV for the upcoming second season. The series is set to premiere on July 4, 2021.
The PV shows Ryou and Souma possibly going on a trip. It also features the introduction of a new character Rei Hidaka, Ryou’s ex-boyfriend.
Toki Shunichi ( Yashushi Kudou’s VA from Diamond no Ace) is set to voice Rei Hidaka in the on-air version while Amano Haru will be voicing the character in the premium version.
The PV also features the theme song “Dokusenteki Passion” by Kento Ito, who voices Souma Mizuno in the series.
There has been a rise in the type of anime that plays with their content boundaries. While they cannot be called straight-up hentai, it is too far of a stretch to call them a standard anime.

To solve this kind of problem, studios decided to offer two versions of the same anime. The first season of Fire in His Fingertips did the same thing.
The second season also follows suit, both the on-air and the uncensored versions are available on the Anime Festa website.
It won’t be bold to assume what version of the anime most people will be watching. Those who think of Ace from One Piece upon reading the title should probably stick to the on-air version.
About Fire in His Fingertips
Fire in His Fingertips is a manga by Tanishi Kawano, which was first released in September 2018. ComicFesta broadcasted the anime version’s first season in July 2019.
The series follows Ryo, an office lady, and Souma, her childhood friend, a firefighter. Ryo thinks that Souma does not have a girlfriend due to his flirtatious nature. Little does she know that Souma actually likes her.
