Main Characters Appear in New Gold Kingdom and Water Kingdom Film Clip
A new clip for the upcoming anime film adaptation of Nao Iwamoto’s romance fantasy manga Gold Kingdom and Water Kingdom was released on the film’s official website on December 25.
Sara and Naranbayar’s initial encounter is depicted in the video. Both characters have been given life by voice actors Minami Hamabe and Kento Kaku.
The release date for the film in Japan is set for January 27th, 2023. On October 21 in Hollywood, Los Angeles, the film was shown at The Animation Film Festival.
Saladin (Hiroshi Kamiya), Lailala (Miyuki Sawashiro), Jauhara (Subaru Kimura), Leopoldine (Keiko Toda), Piripappa (Chafurin), Oduni (Masaki Terasoma), and Rastavan III (Banjou Gingaas) star in this film.
The film was helmed by Kotono Watanabe and was shot at Madhouse.The script was written by Fumi Tsubota, and the animation director is Mitsuyuki Masuhara.The tune was written by Evan Call.Production coordination with Warner Bros. is credited to NTV. The movie will be released in Japan.
Kotone sings “Brand New World,” the film’s opening theme song, as well as “Yasashii Yokan” and “Love Birds,” two other songs featured in the film.
The original manga ran in Shogakukan’s Monthly flower between 2014 and 2016. The 2016 volume book of the manga was published by Shogukan.
Two rival kingdoms have had tense relations for quite some time in the manga’s world. Sara and Naranbayar, a princess and a young man from two different countries, meet by chance and learn that they must pretend to be a couple in order to keep the peace in their respective kingdoms. After some time together, they begin to develop feelings for one another.
Gold Kingdom and Water Kingdom
The author of the manga Gold Kingdom and Water Kingdom is the talented Nao Iwamoto, who specializes in romantic fantasy. In 2014, the manga debuted.
Two kingdoms have been at odds for a long time. Sara, a princess from one kingdom, and Naranbayar, a young man from the other, decide one day to play at being a couple for the sake of peace between their countries.
But as their journey progresses, the two begin to develop romantic feelings for one another.
