Netflix’s Upcoming Dystopian Anime Spriggan Gets Postponed Reveals Teaser

The upcoming Netflix series Spriggan goes by the words of “Those who live by the sword must also die by the sword.”

Based on the namesake manga written by Hiroshi Takashige, the world of Spriggan is full of war, intrigue, and crazy armored muscle suits. The series follows elite secret agents known as Spriggans who fight a secret war with the world at stake.

With the upcoming anime, the interest in spriggans is reignited.

The official website of Spriggan recently released a new teaser trailer for the upcoming Netflix series. However, the anime by David Production was postponed from 2021 to 2022.

The teaser is swift and action-packed, with no room for the viewer to breathe. The 3DCG of the anime looks pretty awesome, especially in the starting scene with fire and molten lava. Additionally, the techno-esque setting of the future gives the anime a very cyberpunk style.

The hero’s character design is reminiscent of the original comic, but the anime adds its flavor to it. The teaser quickly jumps from one set piece to another, from a helicopter to explosions to skyscrapers.
