Everyone who’s seen this chaotic anime knows that it’s more than just a harem. It is a story about choices and fate that have always interfered with when it comes to the Nanako quintuplets and Fuutarou Uesugi.

Recently, the franchise revealed that the series finale will be ending with a film covering the last chapters of the manga and has been releasing promotional stuff for it.

The rom-com anime The Quintessential Quintuplets has revealed a new trailer for its upcoming finale film that is slated to premiere on May 2, 2022.

No high-school-themed anime is complete without a school festival, and it seems like The Quintessential Quintuplets was saving it for the grand finale. The trailer shows how the festival will be the last school event for our protagonists before they graduate.

According to anime logic, events like festivals are crucial and always end up in a moment the audience has been desperately waiting for. In this case, it will be a confession from one of the quintuplets and Fuutarou making his choice.

As the trailer ends, it previews the Nanako bride’s side profile as she’s ready to become Fuutarou’s wife.

About The Quintessential Quintuplets

The Quintessential Quintuplets is a manga created by Negi Haruba in 2017. The manga has ended in February of 2020 with a total of 14 volumes.

The manga has inspired an anime adaptation titled “The Quintessential Quintuplets” with Season 1 aired in 2019 and Season 2 aired in 2021. The anime is planning a third season.

The story revolves on Futaro, a high school student from a low-income family, who receives an appealing offer to work part-time as a tutor…but his students turn out to be girls from his class!

What’s more, they are beautiful quintuplets but happen to be problem students who have poor grades and hate studying!

His first assignment is to win all the sisters’ trust in this rom-com surrounding the five sisters of the Nakano Family.
