The Wrong Way to Use Healing Magic’s New PV Confirms 2024 Debut
The storyline in ‘The Wrong Way to Use Healing Magic’ is interesting. It begins with a premise reminiscent of an isekai, in which two students are transported to a fantastical world and given the opportunity to become powerful heroes. However, Usato is dragged along like a third wheel. The comic stands out despite its generic storyline.
The isekai concept fades away within the first ten chapters or so, and the plot becomes more concerned with the setting. It’s easy to see why the series is being adapted into an anime series; the world it opens up is thrilling and full of fascinating facts.
The official website for the upcoming “The Wrong Way to Use Healing Magic” TV anime has just been opened, and with it comes the announcement that the anime will premiere in 2024, along with a brand new teaser video, teaser visual, and information on the cast and crew.

While at first glance ‘The Wrong Way to Use Healing Magic’ may look like any other typical isekai anime, it deviates from the standards in its world building, its antagonists and protagonist are both exceptionally well written, and in my opinion, the show is a must-see for anybody interested in anime.

Kurokata’s The Wrong Way to Use Healing Magic is a series of Japanese light novels drawn by KeG.
Usato, a regular high school student, meets two of his classmates on a wet day after class. They are suddenly enveloped in a magical ring and sent to a fantastical land. One small hitch, however: Usato gets dragged along by accident.
Even more surprisingly, Usato also discovers that he has the rare affinity in this new planet to use healing magic. Usato will now spend his days practicing with the rescue team’s goons and learning the incorrect application of healing magic.
