Lookism Season 1 Plot
What if a person who is bullied regularly for being short, overweight, and unattractive gains a perfect body suddenly? Lookism follows the story of a boy named Daniel or Park Hyung Suk who somewhat resembles an ugly duckling.
Even though the story starts with Daniel getting bullied, the plot kicks off when he changes to school and gets enrolled in Jae Won High School in Seoul. He gradually meets people and gains friends along the way who support him through his adventures.
Using the perfect body to his advantage, he eventually lets go of his thoughts about looks and embraces his real body as well. But things turn upside down, as they seem to get connected to the bigger scene.
With gang fights happening, old acquaintances meet again which does not turn out to be great. Persevering through each hardship with a strong will, everyone strives to make their lives better.
Gaining allies and forming enemies, Daniel and his friends continue to fight to protect themselves while also looking out for danger.
But Daniel still could not solve the mystery of his two bodies even though he got clues. Is someone purposely keeping it hidden or the secret will reveal itself in a time of utmost danger?
