Season 2 of Duke of Death and His Maid is all set for its debut in 2023. Its official website has posted a trailer featuring some new footage that will melt your heart.
This super romantic trailer packs Alice’s emotionally intense love confession to Viktor along with some adorable scenes of the pair.
It portrays their usual behavior towards each other, like Alice teasing Viktor and the latter getting flustered because of it. The trailer also gives us some tender scenes of the two, like a heart-to-heart conversation or watching the sunset together.
Besides Alice and Viktor, we also get a glimpse of Cuff and Zain having a wholesome moment together. It ends with Daleth looking over Sharon’s body in a coffin while revealing half of her disfigured face.
It’s unknown whether Sharon is alive or not, but most likely, Daleth has preserved her body with magic. Alice finding out that her mother is alive would be a great twist to the upcoming season.

About The Duke of Death and His Maid
The Duke of Death and His Maid is a 2017 supernatural manga by Koharu Inoue. The manga has since published its 10th Volume as of October 2020.
Publishers Shogakukan are adapting the manga into an anime series that will soon be released in 2021.
The story revolves around a young duke named Bocchan who was cursed by a witch in his childhood. His curse can kill anything he touches, making him completely isolated from his loved ones to save their lives. He lives in a mansion on his own but is accompanied by his maid and butler.
He has quite the relationship with his maid Alice and the two grow closer throughout the story.
